SUNPU Flat plate solar water heater:

Flat plate solar water heater is most broadly utilized SWH in the world, featuring big absorbing area, high thermal efficiency, long lifetime, and easy maintenance. Its performance/price ratio is the highest among all of solar collectors. Its absorption component is metal absorption plate, the fluid flows through it. One flat plate collector is composed of several absorption plates, upward header and downward header. There are insulation materials in the metal frame and backside. The front surface is covered in tempered glass with high transparency. The upward header is connected with the upper part of the water tank, while the downward header is connected with the lower part of the water tank.  

In flat plate solar collector, specific gravity difference between cold and hot fluid (for example, the water) leads to a natural circulation in the connection of upward header, downward header and water tank，and heats the fluid in the tank.
